We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Sales Administrator to the team at Achiltibuie Bagpipe Specialists. Encompassing the Emily Craig Highland Wear brand and Achiltibuie Bagpipe Specialists range, the successful candidate should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a passion for sales and developing relationships with clients.
You do not need to be a piper or drummer to apply for this role.
The job would be based at our Grangemouth store, and initially based on 12 hours per week with the opportunity for performance based increased hours. This role would be responsible for;
- The management, effective promotion of the brand through Social Media. Creating engaging posts and being able to share via local groups and the wider Piping & Drumming community.
- Being able to liaise with our existing customers to be able to engage with promotions, events and news.
- Being able to increase the visibility of our products via our sales channels.
- Contributing to the overall promotion and development of the company inline with the goals and aims set by the Company Director.
Desirable skills for this position would include a strong work ethic, experience in sales, experience in using content creation software such as Canva. The most important attribute is great organisation and communication. Hourly rate is dependant on experience.
